Steve Kitchens received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Berry College, and Master of Divinity and Doctorate of Ministry degrees from Knox Theological Seminary. He taught history and coached varsity high school basketball for six years, spent twenty years as a sales & marketing executive, then God called him into full-time ministry and a return to education. Steve served six years on the leadership team at Westminster Academy and ten years as Head of School for Weston Christian Academy, a national blue-ribbon school in 2019. He also served as Associate Pastor for First Baptist Church at Weston and Board Chair of Knox Theological Seminary. Steve has a passion for teaching God’s Word and training the next generation of Christian leaders.
Steve and his wife Bradley love to travel, hike, exercise, read, and spend time together. Steve’s love for the truth of God’s Word and the power of the grace and gospel of Jesus Christ led him to create this blog, Teaching with Truth.
